Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.
2. The prize for this giveaway is a Škoda Travel Bag and Rapid-Dry Towel valued at $129.48.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 
4. To participate in the competition to win a Škoda Travel Pack. Participants must join the competition on our official Škoda Facebook account from 3pm Tuesday 27th of August to 9pm Saturday 31st of August 2024. Only valid entries received during this time will be accepted.

8. There is 1x prize to giveaway to one winner. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable. Škoda may substitute the advertised prize for another prize that has approximately that same value. 
9. Prizes are personal to the winners and can’t be transferred to someone else unless we agree. If you can't accept the prize for any reason, we can award the prize to another winner. 
10. If you’re disqualified for any breach of these Rules (e.g. we find out you don’t match the eligibility criteria) we'll choose another winner.
11. It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes we need to change a prize. If we do this, we’ll swap it out for something which is worth the same (or even more!).
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.
13. The winner will be notified on Monday 2nd of September 2024 before 5pm and contacted by the official Promoter's Facebook account. Fake accounts pop up whenever we run competitions so please be mindful of them. This competition is in no way affiliated with Facebook or Meta.  
14. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and Škoda NZ.
15. You agree that we may publish your name and home city in connection with the competition.
16. The Promoter will send the prize to the winner via Courier and will not be liable for any delays in terms of shipping.
