1. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize. 

1. There is 1x prize to give away to one winner. Winner must be over 25 years of age and hold a valid, full New Zealand driver’s licence. A ChargeNet charging fob is supplied with the car, for easy charging over the period of the loan. If it is deemed that excessive charging costs are applied, these will be charged back to the winner. Any fees, infringements or road tolls are payable by the winner.  

1. Prize package includes: 

1. Two weeks with the Škoda Enyaq Sportline. Unlimited mileage and full vehicle insurance.  

1. The winner must pick up and drop off the vehicle from an Authorised Škoda dealership. Selected travel dates and blackout travel periods may apply, including but not limited to New Zealand School Holidays, peak travel periods and statutory holiday long weekends.  

1. A standard excess applies to an at fault accident of $2000 NZD. Standard and fair wear and tear is at the discretion of Škoda New Zealand 

1. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and the promoter. Date of prize fulfilment is subject to availability.
